Value Design Consulting Ltd was founded by Chris Hall CEng MIMechE BEng (Hons.) RA in 2005 with the aim of providing cost effective and reliable stress analysis solutions for Design Engineers and Managers.
Chris has over 20 years of engineering experience including civil nuclear, naval nuclear, defence, aerospace, automotive, heavy engineering and domestic appliance sectors. He is a qualified Chartered Engineer and NAFEMS registered analyst and specialises in improving product design and reducing component costs through innovative use of simulation technologies.
Having started his career as a Design Engineer / Draughtsman before becoming a full time Stress Engineer he is ideally placed to provide support for integrating FEA and classical hand calculations into the design process.
