Ansys have a range of products including structural mechanics, multiphysics, fluid dynamics, explicit dynamics and electromagnetics.

The user interface for these products is in a framework called Ansys workbench which enables CAD integration and the transfer of loads and boundary conditions from one ansys product to another. You can run a CFD analysis and export the pressure map into structural mechanics for stress analysis very easily.

One of the drawbacks of all this integration is that you need to purchase additional modules for various tasks such as splitting up volumes for meshing. This makes it fairly expensive.

Pros: good integration with CFD and other analysis products, good user interface for workbench

Cons: additional modules usually need to be purchased and these are expensive
